Where can I find product sizing information?
We have included product sizing information for each garment. We do advise to check for your correct size as many garments come from Europe and may run a little smaller. We advise to order a size up to ensure a perfect fit.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase online. Then we ship all packages Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days of the order being processed.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is packed and ready to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your tracking number.
Can you ship Internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer International shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Notify us right away through shop@raglanroad.com We will reach out to you directly to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
Shop for Ireland will exchange or refund the purchase of merchandise if returned within 30 days of the purchase date with original receipt. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. If an item is returned via mail, you are responsible for the shipping costs. This return policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time at Raglan Road / Shop for Ireland’s sole discretion without advance notice.
How do I return my order?
You are welcome to return items at our Shop for Ireland location in Disney Springs with a copy of your receipt. You may also send items back to:
